Betty Nazarian is the owner and baker of Red Flour Co., a Los Angeles-based boutique studio offering custom, handcrafted cakes, desserts, favors, and dessert table design.

Being exposed to her mother’s natural talents in the kitchen led her to believe that sweets brought people together and made them happy. Baking always had a steady presence in her life whether it included perfecting her famous chocolate-toffee-chocolate chip cookies, or layering the perfect white cake with salted caramel buttercream. She would often wonder what it would be like to open her own bakery and to see the joy on people’s faces as they picked up one of her made-from-scratch desserts.

Betty, a self-taught baker, brought her artistic character to life as she began to dive deeper into the world of custom cakes. She likes to think outside the box and imagine designs that will make the cake the center of attention at any event.

She prides herself on the beauty of each piece, ad believes that the unparalleled taste of her desserts is what sets her apart. Each dessert is made with love and uses only the highest quality ingredients.
